WHAT YOU GET
Professional coaching through our online platform.
The platform is built up around themes lasting two months.
Each theme contains two phases, lasting one month each.
You will receive three different template schedules at the beginning of each phase.
Each of these templates relate to the theme but represent it in different ways.
For our first theme ‘Lower Body’ the templates are Single Leg Squat,
Learning the Splits and Lower Body Rehab.
Ascending Strength is not about tailoring schedules for you individually but rather to provide a baseline and tools so you can tailor your own schedules - for yourself and others.
THE COMMUNITY
An online community where people can meet through their common interest in training and the achievement of new goals; a space where you can choose your own path towards your goals and cheer each other along, even though you are not walking the exact same path.
We will have weekly gatherings through webinars. Each containing a central topic as well as leaving space for participants to ask questions and come with their own realizations and theories.
WHO ARE YOU
Our platform is for both students and teachers. Where you as a teacher can come and share your new, odd or even radical ideas with other teachers and students, in order to refine those ideas.
For students, the platform is more suited for you, who has done a discipline for over a year, more than once a week. It’s for you, who has encountered difficulties like plateauing or not fully knowing where to place your supplemental strength or mobility training.

WHO WE ARE
Oliver Thorpe and Thais Hvid are two training nerds, who teach people how to teach themselves. Between the two of us we have: over 20 years of teaching & coaching experience; a BA in Contemporary Dance; a degree in Engineering; a PE education; tons of books read on topics like strength, sports science, and physiology; over 25 collective years of high-level training in parkour, acrobatics, bouldering, capoeira, dance, handstands, gymnastic-strength and lifting.
